池田信夫氏の第１法則：池田信夫氏が自信たっぷり断言していることは、何の根拠もない虚構である蓋然性が高い。

池田信夫氏の第２法則：池田信夫氏がもっともらしく引用する高名な学者の著書は、確かに存在するが、その中には池田氏の議論を根拠づけるような記述は存在しない蓋然性が高い。

池田信夫氏の第３法則：池田信夫氏が議論の相手の属性(学歴等)や所属(組織等)に言及するときは、議論の中身自体では勝てないと判断しているからである蓋然性が高い。
